🥓🧀 Tender green beans are combined with cream cheese, plenty of shredded cheese, and seasoned bacon, then baked until everything is hot, bubbly, and golden.

It’s an easy side dish that’s perfect for family dinners, holidays, or potlucks.

🛒 Ingredients

2 lbs fresh or frozen green beans

8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

½ cup heavy cream or whole milk

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt, or to taste

1 tbsp butter

¼ cup diced onion, optional

1. Prepare the green beansIf using fresh green beans, trim them and blanch in boiling water for 4–5 minutes.

Drain well. If using frozen green beans, thaw and drain thoroughly.

2. Cook the baconCook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then chop into bite-size pieces.

3. Make the creamy mixtureIn a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.

4. Add the cheeseStir in ½ cup cheddar,

½ cup Monterey Jack or mozzarella, and the Parmesan.

5. Combine everythingAdd the green beans and most of the chopped bacon to the cheese mixture.

Stir gently until the green beans are evenly coated.

6. AssembleTransfer everything to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish or large disposable foil pan. Spread evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and Monterey Jack over the top.
