Introduction

🛒 Ingredients

2 racks pork ribs

1 cup BBQ sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.

Mix the salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Rub the seasoning generously over both sides of the ribs.

Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for about 2½–3 hours, until the meat is very tender.

Mix the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, honey, and olive oil in a bowl.

Carefully unwrap the ribs and brush generously with the BBQ sauce mixture.

Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes, or until the sauce becomes sticky and caramelized.
